Studio Rules

Construction: The building was recently delivered, so construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Parking: No parking space available, but there is a parking lot on the back street.

Use: This is a residential apartment. Please take good care of the space, respect neighbors, and be kind to the staff.

Items: Some basic items are provided, but no replacements will be made. Guests are responsible for restocking items such as toilet paper, soap, food, toothpaste, etc.

Prohibitions:

No photoshoots or professional appointments in the studio.

No luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

Access to the condominium is only permitted during agreed times.

No visitors or pets allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the studio or anywhere in the building.
