• Required Information (after reservation confirmation):

• Full name

• CPF or Passport

• Date of birth

• Photo of official ID and Selfie

• Entry to the unit is only allowed after sending the data of ALL guests for registration at the front desk.

• If the reservation is for third parties, you must send the link to the person who will be staying.

• The documentation must be completed at least 12 hours before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 12 hours remain before arrival. It is the guest’s full responsibility to provide the necessary data for access authorization. ______________________________________

We inform you that biometric registration is required for access release and/or to common areas. This procedure is mandatory and part of the building’s internal security and access control rules.

Studio Rules

• Construction: The apartment was recently delivered, so construction noise may occur from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Use: This is an apartment within a residential building. Please take care of the space, respect neighbors, and be polite to the doorman.

• Items: We provide some basic items in the unit, but we do not offer replacements. Guests should provide items such as toilet paper, soap, food, toothpaste, etc.

• No luggage storage service before or after check-out.

• No visitors or pets allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the studio or condominium.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, double-door refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, cutlery, glasses, and dishes. It also includes a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The living room is a cozy space with a TV and cable channels.

For accommodation, the house offers two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, and TV.

Bedroom 2: A bunk bed with a trundle bed and air conditioning.

For your convenience, there is an outdoor area with a table and barbecue grill next to the kitchen — ideal for preparing a delicious lunch.

For your comfort, we provide an iron and hair dryer. The unit’s voltage is 110V, so you can use your electronic devices safely.

We provide a complete set of bed and bath linens (linen change available at an extra cost): one bath kit per guest (one bath towel and one face towel), bed linens (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and one pillow with pillowcase per guest), plus one microfiber blanket per bed.
