Welcome to our cozy studio, lovingly decorated to make you feel at home. It is located in the heart of República and comfortably accommodates two people in a Queen-size bed. Situated between Santa Cecília and República stations, you’ll be just steps away from various tourist attractions, traditional São Paulo restaurants, and a vibrant mix of culture and charm throughout the neighborhood.

– The building has a 24-hour front desk. There is no parking space available.

Entry to the unit is allowed upon submission of the data of ALL guests for registration at the front desk, and the access code will be sent via the platform’s chat. Please pay attention to the messages after your reservation is confirmed.

Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people in a Queen bed. In addition, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction cooktop, blender, pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, and much more. For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine is waiting for you.

We know that small details make all the difference, which is why we provide a hairdryer and an iron to ensure your stay is complete and worry-free. The unit’s voltage is 110W for your convenience.

To guarantee maximum comfort during your sleep and showers, we provide a full set of bed and bath linens (linen changes available at an extra cost):

1 bath kit per guest, including 1 body towel and 1 face towel;

Bed linens include fitted sheet, flat sheet, and 1 pillow with a pillowcase per guest;

1 microfiber blanket per bed.

But the surprises don’t end there! Our studio also features a charming balcony that brings in beautiful natural light, making the space even more welcoming and pleasant.
