• Check-in: From 4:00 PM (please check if early check-in is possible).

• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

• Required Information (after reservation confirmation):

• Full name

• CPF or Passport

• Date of birth

• Photo of official ID and Selfie

• Entry to the unit is only allowed after sending the data of ALL guests for registration at the front desk.

• If the reservation is for third parties, you must send the link to the person who will be staying.

• The documentation must be completed at least 12 hours before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 12 hours remain before arrival. It is the guest’s full responsibility to provide the necessary data for access authorization. ______________________________________

We inform you that biometric registration is required for access release and/or to common areas. This procedure is mandatory and part of the building’s internal security and access control rules.

According to current legislation, biometric data are personal information that uniquely identifies an individual through physical characteristics, such as facial image (face) or fingerprints.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this procedure, which is a requirement of the condominium to ensure the safety and organization of all users included in the reservation.

Studio Rules

• Construction: The apartment was recently delivered, so construction noise may occur from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Use: This is an apartment within a residential building. Please take care of the space, respect neighbors, and be polite to the doorman.

• Items: We provide some basic items in the unit, but we do not offer replacements. Guests should provide items such as toilet paper, soap, food, toothpaste, etc.

• No photo shoots or professional services in the studio.

• No luggage storage service before or after check-out.

• No visitors or pets allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the studio or condominium.

• Complete Linen:

• Bath kit per guest: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel.
