Welcome to our cozy studio, lovingly decorated to welcome you. It is located in the heart of the Brooklin neighborhood and comfortably accommodates two people in a queen-size bed. Our location is truly privileged, just 600 meters from the Campo Belo metro station and next to the bustling Santo Amaro Avenue, which connects you to several areas of São Paulo.

There is no parking spot available. The building has a 24-hour front desk.

• Required Information (after reservation confirmation):

• Entry to the unit is only allowed after sending the data of ALL guests for registration at the front desk.

• If the reservation is for third parties, you must send the link to the person who will be staying.

• The documentation must be completed at least 12 hours before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 12 hours remain before arrival. It is the guest’s full responsibility to provide the necessary data for access authorization. ______________________________________

Studio Rules

• Construction: The apartment was recently delivered, so construction noise may occur from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Use: This is an apartment within a residential building. Please take care of the space, respect neighbors, and be polite to the doorman.

• Items: We provide some basic items in the unit, but we do not offer replacements. Guests should provide items such as toilet paper, soap, food, toothpaste, etc.

We have thought of every detail to make your experience unique. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave with oven function, blender, pots, utensils, and a Nespresso machine.

For your convenience, we offer a hair dryer, iron, and a complete set of bed and bath linens (with the option of replacement at an additional cost). The unit’s voltage is 110V.

Guests have access to an inviting rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing. There is also a convenient gym for those who wish to keep up with their workout routine even while traveling. If you need quick shopping, there is an OXXO market just 50 meters from the building, open until midnight — perfect for last-minute supplies or late-night cravings.

Additionally, if you are planning a long-term stay with us, you can also enjoy the party room and the gourmet area (available only for stays longer than 30 days).
